CEO Retirement Announcement

Wesway's Board of Directors announces that Dana MacMillan will be retiring from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Wesway, effective December 31, 2026.

Dana has provided dedicated leadership to our organization for many years, helping strengthen our role as a trusted provider of respite care and support for individuals and families in our community. The Board is deeply grateful for Dana's commitment to our organization's mission and the meaningful impact she has made alongside families, volunteers, staff, and community partners. We wish Dana all the best in her upcoming retirement.

As we move forward, we have initiated a comprehensive search and selection process to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer. Following the selection of a successful candidate, we will work closely with Dana and the leadership team to ensure a seamless transition.
