CEO Retirement Announcement

Wesway's Board of Directors announces that Dana MacMillan will be retiring from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Wesway, effective December 31, 2026.

Dana has provided dedicated leadership to our organization for many years, helping strengthen our role as a trusted provider of respite care and support for individuals and families in our community. The Board is deeply grateful for Dana's commitment to our organization's mission and the meaningful impact she has made alongside families, volunteers, staff, and community partners.

In the coming weeks, the Board will be launching a search for Wesway's next Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with Dana and the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
